Slide Blister Packs

Our most popular vacuum formed option. We create a cavity to hold your product and then having consulted you on how much area you require for your graphics we formulate your card size requirements and any hanging requirements.
Utilising our edge folding equipment (we have both automated and manual machinery) we apply folds to the sides and base so that you can insert your product and lock it in position with your insert cards. A slide blister uses much less plastic than a clamshell and can be easily recycled. Slide blister packs are ideal for most variants of hand tools. We have produced slide blisters for individual chisels, chisel sets, hand pliers, bradawls, tinsnips, tube benders, pipe cutters, auger bits, pad saws, hand saws, circular saw blades, hand shears, pocket knives, drill chucks, polishing kits and a vast array of other hand tools too. |

Combination Packs
|
At Criterion your vacuum formed requirements can be enhanced utilising our ancillary equipment. We have already indicated our edge folding options, we can also seal blisters by high-frequency welding, weld blisters to digitally printed vinyl panels or heat seal blisters to coated cards.

For products of high value where security is a must, we can high frequency weld blisters to back panels of transparent vinyl to create fully sealed packs.
We can also produce blisters with an additional flange to the outer for heat sealing onto cards or HF welding into location of a composite pack. |
Clam Shell Blister Packs

Clam Shell Blister Packs can be produced with locking pins and separate card holding cavities built into the design. We can even include cut-outs for handles so that the tool grip can be tested in store!
We also produce blisters for holding goods in location within encapsulated cards with cut outs. |

Transit TraysWe can produce transparent transit trays for tubes etc. Ideal for supermarket displays and reducing damage of goods in transit!
We can also produce counter top display trays for carded products too. |
