Fulfillment
Hand Packing:
Do you need a small quantity of product packed, or re-packed? Maybe it's a one off job, and machines just take to much settign up. We can aid in packing or re-packing any job for you.
Skin Packing:
Skin pack, or skin packaging, is a type of carded packaging where a product (or products) is placed on a piece of paperboard, and a thin sheet of transparent plastic is placed over the product and paperboard. The printed paperboard usually has a heat-seal coating. Ideal for products with many small separate spare parts.
Heat Sealing:
Heat sealing is the process of sealing one thermoplastic to another similar thermoplastic using heat and pressure. The direct contact method of heat sealing utilizes a constantly heated die or sealing bar to apply heat to a specific contact area or path to seal or weld the thermoplastics together. The same process is used for encapsulated blister packs (Folded cards with a cut out where a blister is inserted into the cut out and sealed).
HF Welded Encapsulation:
High Frequency (HF) or Radio Frequency (RF) welding is the joining of materials by supplying HF energy in the form of an electromagnetic field (27.12 MHz) and pressure to the material surfaces to be joined. For contract packing purposes we weld 2 blisters (or a blister and a rigid sheet) encapsulating your product and information card between the two layers of either Vinyl or APET.

Finishing Options
We can provide a host of finishing options, at a competitive price, such as:
- Bulk packing: To keep the cost as low as possible, utilise our standard carton sizes!
- Packing in polythene bags: to a specific unit size, such as 10/12/24/25/50/100 etc. We offer tape or heat sealing of the bags.
- Wrapping: In Kraft paper or other alternatives.
- Banding: Applying paper bands and tape as required.
- Boxing: We can box to specific quantities utilising your own stock cartons or by purchasing bespoke cartons on your behalf.
- Labels: We can apply adhesive labels to products, bags or outer packaging as required. Typically, we have applied price labels, bar code labels, product instruction labels, product code labels, part number labels, colour coding labels and more.
If not supplied, we can source labels on your behalf. In most cases the label adhesive should be compatible with vinyl. - Card Insertion: Many of our products are created to hold card inserts. We can insert cards on your behalf as required. We can also source the cards on your behalf if required.
- Product Insertion: We offer a full contract packing service for all of our packaging products. From inserting drills bits into pouches, heat sealing, or HF welding of your products, within blister packs and more.
- Packing to suit warehouse restrictions: If the destination warehousing, has restrictions such as pallet heights etc., we can pack accordingly, if advised in advance.
Shipping
Shipping where you want it, when you want it! We work with a great network of carriers who can provide most delivery solutions. We can offer multi-point deliveries, same day deliveries, am/pm or timed deliveries to suit. We can also provide one hour delivery windows for small consignments (not pallets). We offer plain cover shipping too, this allows us to deliver on your behalf without our identity.
